Features & Applications
The nominal deposited efficiency of CHE758 is about 110% and it is used for welding important structures fabricated 760MPa grade tensile strength low alloy steels, such as 15MnMoVN, 14MnMoNbB, WEL-TEN80 and so on. The weld metal has good performance of low temperature impact toughness and crack resistance.

In order to meet the alloy requirement of the “G” group, the undiluted weld metal shall have the minimum of at least one of the elements listed in this table. Additional chemical requirements may be agreed to between supplier and purchaser.

Notice:
- The rod should be baked at 350℃ -380℃ for 1 hour before use.
- The surfaces to be welded must be cleaned away impurities, such as oil contamination, rust, moisture and so on.
- Short arc and narrow-gap welding is recommended.
